Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your FairTime account, you can begin the process from the app or by contacting us directly.
Option 1: In the app
Open FairTime and go to: Settings → Delete Account
Option 2: Email us
Email Contact Us with the subject line Delete My FairTime Account.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your FairTime account, or include enough information for us to verify ownership.
What happens when you request deletion
After we verify that the request belongs to the account owner, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your FairTime account.
Data deleted includes:
- Your FairTime account profile, including account identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo URL where stored by FairTime.
- Your Home Location and saved routine locations.
- Your routines, routine preferences, reminders, pet profile details, and app settings stored by FairTime.
- FairTime subscription entitlement status mirrored in our app database.
Data we may keep
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.
- Payment and subscription transaction records may remain with Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or other payment processors according to their policies.
- Security, fraud-prevention, support, or audit records may be retained when required to protect users, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
- Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles.
Important subscription note
Deleting your FairTime account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be removed from backup systems, unless a longer period is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution obligations.
